Unfortunately, the staff seemed overwhelmed during peak hours.

The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist me when I lost my passport. Lydia at the front desk made several calls to help me locate it, and they provided excellent room service with fresh deliveries. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options in a beautiful dining area, and I appreciated the late checkout at no extra charge.

Our family loved exploring the vibrant atmosphere around the hotel and enjoyed relaxing walks along the waterfront, stopping at delightful eateries. The staff was accommodating, making our stay with dogs a breeze, and we appreciated the comfortable room with a lovely balcony.
My kids wished for a better soundproofing as the loud music from the nearby nightlife disrupted their sleep.

Nice and practical location in the heart of the place. The breakfast was a real delight every morning with freshly made American pancakes. It was such a surprise for my husband when they left balloons and chocolates for his birthday too.
It wasn’t the cheapest but still acceptable for the experience we had.

A splendid breakfast and artistic ambiance
I recently enjoyed a delightful stay highlighted by the beautifully designed dining area where the breakfast was nothing short of splendid, offering freshly baked pastries and a variety of organic juices. The artistic decor throughout the hotel added a unique flair, making my experience feel truly special. The staff were attentive and warm, but I found that the shower pressure was disappointing compared to the rest of the amenities.

This place was a good match for a trip in Stockholm for the price. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety and was delicious. Watch out for noise if overnighting on the weekends.

Beautiful historic building and charming interiors.
My stay here was a disaster! The beds were ridiculously short, forcing me to sleep diagonally, which made it nearly impossible to get a good night’s rest. To make matters worse, it was extremely noisy on weekends due to a nightclub in the hotel, and the doors offered no soundproofing at all! The cleanliness of the room was appalling—there were insects in the bathroom and our dirty towels were never replaced, despite being left on the floor. It felt like a constant invasion of privacy with balconies facing each other and unfriendly staff at check-in.
